Acrylic advertising display with laser engraving
The challenge
Visual Display S.L. required 200 counter displays for the launch of a national advertising campaign. They needed 3 mm clear acrylic pieces with high-precision laser engraving and polished edges, all delivered within a period of 5 business days.
The solution
We machined 200 pieces of 3 mm clear acrylic using CNC cutting and vector laser engraving. The edges were polished using a diamond process to achieve an optimal optical finish. Production was organized into two shifts to meet the required deadline.
The result
Full delivery in 4 business days, one day ahead of the agreed deadline. Tolerances of ±0.1 mm verified on all pieces. The client renewed the order for the following campaign, tripling the volume.
